A paid online shopping order that TFG/Sportscene denied

Hi All

I have done an order online shopping at and they deducted from my account and there was a remaining amount which I paid using my credit card but now I received an email stating that they have cancelled my order and I'm surprised because I even received an invoice confirming my payment from both cards. I'm not happy at all with you bad service.
