A bad experience at the Sneaker Factory Galleria location

Unpleasant Experience at Sneaker factory Galleria branch. I went to this store to pay for the TFG account and when I got to the paying point, I was completely by Twosome (I was told by Jerome the name) she was having a conversation with Somolezwe (if I got that right from Jerome) After a while of Twosomes waiting period in an empty store, she finally assists and I told her I would like to make a payment and handed over the card, and she processed the payment while talking to her colleague. The invoice I have from that payment (26 Jan 2026) is written that I was served by Philile, who was not on the till, based on the fact that during the time I was there, she was called by Twosome to tell her she left the on the unlocked cash register. Twosome took a decision to sign me up for a magazine without my approval. When I went to the store after cancelling this magazine to confront the Twosome character, she was off duty that day. I asked for a manager, and Jerome is the person who helped with nothing but names of the people and did nothing to address the issue. While I was there to handle this, Rose insulted me. Rose thought buying me lunch would make me feel better about the ***** of signing me up for a magazine without my approval. In that store, there is no leadership; you can tell by the attitude displayed by the team, as the attitude of the team reflects leadership. Its so disappointing to get this experience known TFG store. Since that experience, I have changed the account to a 6-month interest-free account and paid more, as I am preparing to close the account, as I am not willing to deal with an organization that is so ********* and unprofessional.
