I currently have an available to buy credit of R468 - I'm trying to make a purchase of R457.99 (including delivery fee) but the Bash app and web keep saying "unauthorized payment". I called into the call centre yesterday and the lady that took my call first said she can't see why I'm getting this error, then she said I'm buying for an amount that's higher than what I have available and I told her that's not the case...then she said the system is trying to leave room for the service fee...honestly, at this point I just think she was just trying to come up with an answer...any answer. Please assist with this glitch because the jacket I want to purchase I cannot find in-store.
