5 Star Service from TFG staff

Thank you very much to the staff at TFG for a 5 star service in resolving my grievance.

I was unhappy with the quality of a bag that I got for my birthday and the head office responded promptly when I put up a complaint on hellopeter, they also took time when I followed up on the progress.

Jessica Williams ensured that the exchange runs smoothly, even the consultant at the store did her best to get the same bag at other stores on my request as I was inlove with the bag I had to exchange. In the end I walked out of Charles & Keith Loch Logan as a happy client!
