2 Orders 2 Brands 3 Deliveries?????

I am disappointed in the way i was assisted. I placed an order 30 June online for the 1982 Melang jogger and hoodie. I called in this morning to find out why it is that i received my order place for The Nike hoodie on 2 July 2020 and not the Jogger which i placed before. I was told that the jogger is with the couriers but as reference states it is (Parcel - *** At Warehouse). This is really unprofessional and all of the items ordered were gifts. How do i give a partial order to someone waaay past their birthday??? The Nike hoodie was in normal packaging and was also supposed to be a gift as i requested but no card attached and was in the normal packaging.
