Very very irritated.. Been calling for the whole month of June to confirm a debit order for the 1st July and to increase the debit order amount. Been receiving reminder sms's hense the reason for me calling so many times in June. To my surprise no debit order went off, now I have to make a cash payment. I hate for my ITC CREDIT PROFILE to be affected Because of people that is ***********. I am very annoyed. People I spoke to in the month of June.. Megan 5th June, Boniswa 11 june, Aziwe 11 june, and spoke to Tersia on the 1st July.. She said she can't see if the account is a debit order or cash payment, however she can see that the payment is due for the 1st - Improve on getting a system that shows whether an account is set for debit order or cash payment. I am very irritated!!!! TFG will know me!! SORT THIS OUT
