WORST SERVICE EVER FOSCHINI AND YOUR ONE2ONE
Hellp Peter I am livid with Foschini One2One. I have no idea what to do anymore. I damaged the sim card to my husband's mobile. It is an MTN number and it is a contract that I have for him with one2one!!! Biggest mistake I ever made in my whole 63 years and I have quite a few. Anyway... I went to Foschini office on Saturday 20 April 2019 and requested a sim swop. I was told they could not help me with a sim swop because the one2one consultants don't work on Saturdays. What a load of crock. This following exert is from an email I received from one2one "please call our Contact Centre on ***between 8am and 5pm on weekdays or 9am and 1pm on Saturdays". So they are supposed to work on Saturdays!! I had already purchased a new sim card for R3.50 and it was rica'ed. I went to an MTN branch and had the sim card activated. All of this took a matter of minutes. I asked MTN for a contract with them but they could not oblige because the number has a contract with one2one. i first have to get that contract cancelled. I then went to Foschini in the Grove Pretoria. I asked to have a sim swop done and to cancel my contract with immediate effect. I spoke to a person from one2one somewhere in virtual reality. I was informed that even though they have more than R300.00 of my money they cannot cancel the contract with immediate effect. It will be done within 30 days. Therefore towards end of May the contract will be cancelled. I said fine but do the sim swop so that we can use the phone. I was told to fill in the forms at Foschini etc and to purchase another simcard in store. Please not Foschini charges R29.49 for a R3.50 sim card!!!!. This I did. I also told the Foschini assistant to scan and mail it off to one2one and then phone to confirm that they have received it. She waited 5 minutes and then contacted them. They said they had not received it. She waited another 30 minutes and called again and they confirmed they had redeived the document. Then today I contacted one2one and spoke to Sizwephiwe and asked whether the sim swop will take place today as the 72 hour waiting period has expired. She told me that they had not received my sim swop request. I went ballistic. I told her that I did everything they told me to do and I am not going back to do it all over again. They had better do that sim swop today. I phoned Foschini in the Grove and spoke to the manageress of the store. She contacted one2one and spoke to Sizwephiwe and was told the document was received and sent to another department and that it is going to take between 6-7 days for activation! Hell NO!!! I phoned one2one again (by the way I must also mention that they take up to 30 minutes to answer a phone and that used up all my available airtime), I then spoke to Gershwin and asked to speak to Sizwephiwe. He said she was on the phone to a client. I asked to speak to the manager. He wanted to know what it was about. I said I wanted to speak to the manager. He would not put me through. I gave him the mobile number that I wanted the sim swop done on and he said that Sizwephiwe had already done the sim swop when she spoke to me. What on earth are these people doing. Each and everyone tells their own buynch of lies. I told Gershwin that I was going to social medis with this and he said fine no problem. So they really do not care what service they del;iver and whether the whole world knows about it. Foschini and your One2One... Shame on you! Regards Yolinda Fourie
