Worst company in RSA

This company proof once again that they have the worst client services,dealing with complaints. After I have received a letter and telephone calls,I was under the impression that this matter was resolved. The representative of this company acknowledged that they made a mistake,by allocating a contract to me of which I have no knowledge of. I,the fool ,accepted this apology and made my monthly payment as agreed upon. Now this *********** company harassing me for monies that I am not obligated to pay. Why don't they ask the money from their employee,who made the mistake? Why harassing somebody who pays his account as agreed upon? People be careful when you open an account with this group. Read your statements carefully as this company has proven to me over and over again,that their systems are programmed to favour the company and their clients are treated as objects.
