Unprofessional consultant

They call me and arrange to receive a data every month and consulted fail to explain that they will change my number from prepaid to contract and failed to explain benefits of the package. I try to call tfg connect thy promise me thy cancel my contract and my number we will be back on prepaid on the 6th March but still today is still on contract and I have to spend another airtime to call them and follow and even today they still stick on promising and I'm tired of calling and I need my number to go back to prepaid.
