Unfriendly and helpless

Their service sucks. Their call centre agents think they are doing you a favour when you're speaking to them. No one ever gets back to you like they say they will do. When my contract ended, I had to ask someone else to borrow their phone to call them to reconnect my sim card only to be told it will take 24-48hrs. I use my phone for work purposes. I have lost two days of work thanks to One2One. Worst worst worst service provider ever.
