TFG one2one contract cancellation

I am highly dissatisfied with my TFG one2one account. When I lost my sim card, I had problems performing a sim swap with MTN. Sometimes, I get disconnected from the network preventing me from receiving calls, etc. and MTN can't assist because I have a contract with one2one. When I call the one2one customer service, I always have problems with resolving my issues. I am tired with the level of incompetency with TFG one2one and am very disappointed with the constant refusal to cancel my account. It does not make sense to me why I am denied to cancel my contract. I mean the contract is just not working for me and I am highly frustrated being under the one2one contract.

Please cancel this TFG one2one account because I am at my wits end!!! Just cancel!!!
