TFG Connect and MTN

Don't TFG connect have reputable and competent technicians who are able to do sim swap, i waited from 23 February to date. Don't they know that a customer is King. I am tired and frustrated by this store. i don't have life anymore since my phone stopped working, how do i do my telephone , internet banking, cant receive calls nor messages, every time i call im told someone (technician)will call me. worst is i didn't even know my number is a contract
