suspended service

hello, am a foschini customer for more then 4 years now , n foschini have a service called one on one tfg or they are operating with them service called one on one tfg. this is my MTN numbers ********** 838, they have suspended my service for more then two weeks now i cant make calls. I phone MTN customer care to complain and they told me that i must call this numbers ********** 663 n this one on one tfg numbers. they have suspended my service because am owning them r1015 n i payed r1050 then they told me they will unblock me within 48 hours is being two weeks now n my number is still blocked. they are giving me a bad servic, i cant call anyone getting to 3 weeks now. i have being calling this one on one tfg people more than 7 times n my service is still suspended. please help me . thank you
