STAY AWAY FROM TFG PHONES AND THEIR **** INSURANCE

So in December my cellphone claim got approved and rightfully so having paid this insurance since 2018, I get to American Swiss Walmer Park and am told tgey don't have a phone that is equivalent to my phone value so I'll have to take a phone that costs less or go check at other TFG stores which I did, got to makham and there was a phone but the store didn't have it in stock, phoned customer care and spoke to Elicia Adams who advised the store consultant that the phone can be ordered online but ALAS after calls and calls to customer care, the area manager, and the store manager, today I received a call saying "UNFORTUNATELY NO ONE IN THEIR COMPANY HAS A PHONE OF THAT VALUE SO I'LL HAVE TO TAKE A CHEAPER PHONE" SO THEIR INSURANCE IS OK WITH RIPPING CLIENTS OFF BY GIVING THEM CHEAPER PHONES BUT THEY CAN'T ALLOW YOU TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE ON A PHONE THAT COSTS MORE THAN YOUR PHONE VALUE!!!!!!!!
