Simswap saga

I made a simswap with TFG connect call center on the 3rd of August 2023.And I was told its gona take me 2 to 48 hours.I have called the call centre more than hundred times and they have always gave me empty promises. All I need is my sim card coz when apperantly it's no longer mine and I can't do nothing if TFG connect can't help. I think I spoke to almost half of their stuff members at the centre if not all including their manager whom wa also giving me empty promises till today I still waiting to get my sim card to be connected as it now has network since from the 09th September but can't make calls or receive calls or send received massage. The only time I will get respond or update is when I call them which I think I have done more than enough. Please please assist. Even if it means canceling the contract and giving me back my numbers please.
