sim swap
I have been trying to get my sim swap done . i have spent over 15 min to 20 min waiting for your call center to answer the 1 time that i did get through i was told that they will look into it and some one will call me back that was 15 April . I have sent 3 emails and have made called numerous times with no answer can some one please get this sorted out or call me so i can now cancel both my contracts with you guys and get it back on prepaid .
