Sh*t service, porting to MTN.

I regret the day I signed up for one2one contract and I must also blame Foschini group since they are partners and refer their clients to this One2one company. I terminated my contract and was supposed to be ported back to pre-paid, a process that was supposed to take 48 hours, then 6 days, now close to 3weeks and apparently an MTN problem and technical nonsense. Imagine not being able to use your phone since the number has been suspended unfairly.It was my birthday on Monday, I missed out on messages, calls, e-wallets deposits, from friends and family. You guys suc**** AND I HATE YOU FOR THIS!!!!!!!!!!I think the consumer commission need to know about this, let me research.
