Regretting to sign up Foschini one2one data

Everyone that is being offered data or airtime by Foschini please don't sign up. I am very frustrated by what they did to me. I lodged a complain early this January about my Sim card that was deactivated when I canceled data I was receiving from them, one2one of Foschini store. Since the 4th January, I never received any response about reactivating my Sim card or a call from them updating me. They are even refusing to put me through their manager.

I am here today to tell you guys that I had taken this matter to my lawyers where they will be dealing with them. I lost lot of customers as I use that number for my site hustle. I am looking forward to sue this company as soon as my line is back. Hopefully my lawyers will fast track this
