Poor service

The service from tfgconnect is the poorest of them all,it's been a month without the aim swap being done its stories after stories.

I regret the day I took the contract with them they failed me,I tried all my best but with no luck it's not done,I tried to cancel it and was told that it will be done after 30 days.How does one stay without a phone for more than a month??? The service I'm getting is disgusting it was gonna be better if they do mention all of this when they convincing the customers on the phone to take the contract.Im even thinking of closing my account with tfg because of this.On a serious note it's heart breaking as i am using this number for my school work as well as my child's school work so now I'm missing out on everything.
