Pay more for Less

I am very unhappy with One2One. I have had two cell contracts with them for more than 4 years. I started paying R59per month for R100 airtime and 25 free sms and my unused airtime use to accumulate so when needed I could use it for data or smsing or phoning without the worry of running out of airtime. Today I phoned the customer service after phoning them 4 times since January about the same issue. My second phone is not accumulating more than R220 which is not what I had before. First I was told it’s a MTN issue and they will sort it out. Then I was told the lady will have a manger look into it and get back to me. The third time I was told that my contract had expired which I was never notified of and I need to renew it so I did. Today I had the same issue again and when I phoned the lady has to go find out that you can't accumulate more than 2 months airtime so it will never go above R220. I am not paying R79per month on both contracts for R110 airtime and 25sms which I didn't mind because I could accumulate my airtime but now I feel it is not worth it anymore because I loose so much every month. I have lost at least R100 per month for 4 months so I have wasted R400 airtime as I was never notified of this change. If I was notified in a timely manner this would not be an issue for me but I have never been more disgusted with service as what I was with these contracts. To have to phone 4 times to sort out an issue and waist 20min a time on the phone to try get it done which also waists my airtime is ridicules. I have now been warned that I need to use my airtime on both contracts to under R110 every month so I don't lose any airtime. I am now being forced to use more airtime which is just a way for them to make more money. I don't know if this is One2One doing this or MTN but it was One2One's responsibility to notify their clients of this change. I am now stuck with two two year contracts that is not worth it to me. I am just waiting for my contract to expire and I will definitely be cancelling. I would much rather buy R79 airtime every month for each phone and know I won't loose it if I don't use it.
