PATHETIC SERVICE AND STAFF THAT NEEDS TRAINING

After being offered this deal via e-mail I contacted one-2-one. Firstly they advertised a package deal consisting of data and airtime. When contacted by their *********** representative who informed me that they do not have a package deal but I can take the airtime and data seperately which was still a very good deal. The representative only addressed me by the correct surname ONCE. Thereafter I was anything from Naidoo to a lot of other surnames. He only got the cell phone number correct once and thereafter I had to inform him again and again that the number he is quoting is incorrect. I again informed him before the end of the telephone call that I want data and airtime and he confirmed that it is noted as such. Till today and after many e-mail, I am still waiting for this mess to be sorted out.
