Pathetic service

One2ONe is eager to sign contract with you, but once they've got their claws in you, they don't let go. I have requested that my contract be cancelled and my number transferred to prepaid..... Two months later and many calls later and still not on prepaid. How pathetic can one company be?!!! Never sign contract them..... Don't know which company is worse One2One or MTN.... seeing as they're one in same!!!
