Overselling of Items

I ordered G-STAR Women Dend Slippers AT Fabani online, and money was even deducted from my sportscene account then a day later I received an email indicating that my order number p*** has been cancelled and i will receive a refund . am very disappointed that they do not check the quantity of items before putting it on sale and that the system can not even check or detect how many pairs has been sold and that the slippers have been oversold . l deserve to get the shoes I've paid for , i do not want a refund i want the item i have bought delivered . Now not only have missed out on the order but also on the special . Very disappointed
