one2one sim swap and contract cancellation

<p>In june a sim swap was made and apparently told that paperwork wasn't sent, however on friday, last week thursday it was done again and still not working. Tried to cancel the contract however i am told stories.</p> <p>It is unfortunate that while waiting for my bank cards i can't receive any calls, while i am trying to buy a car i can't receive any calls, while i am waiting for insurance claim due to a break in, i can't receive any calls.</p>

Thanks for nothing one2one cause sim swap is still not working. Albeit i had a call from these guys still can't do a sim. I have no choice but to have my lawyers look into this.
