ONE2ONE ; CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIND OUT WHO OWNS THIS COMPANY AS IT IS RUN BY CALL CENTRE AGENTS ONLY. I took out a data contract with ONE2ONE in 2018. Data was loaded within 24 hours. On the 14th September 2020, I cancelled the contract with Shiyiwe at 10.32. fast forward to 20th November and this contract is still NOT CANCELLED. Due to their incompetence and lies (cos that's what they are, a bunch of *****) They have no intention of helping their clients to resolve the problem. I have spoken with numerous agents, Cindy,22/10, Charl 23/10, Thozama 29/10, so called manager, Michael, 30/10, Ondela 03/11, Shiiyiwe 09/11, Zola 18/11, Tracy 18/11 (SHE IS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER SPOIKEN TO AND BELIEVED SHE WAS DOING ME A FAVOUR BY TAKING MY CALL) Karrima (manager on duty who never called me back) and everyone single one of them could not assist me. APPARENTLY ONE2ONE is EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL DIFFIULTS with MTN and they are unable to cancel the contracts. To add insult to injury, i received a call from an agent to take out another data contract with them. They are aware that my contact has been cancelled, on their side, but they are unable to cancel it with MTN. REALLY!!! guys.. please watch out for these ********s as they are quick to offer you contracts, but they will not cancel the contract.. Due to their incompetence and lies, MTN is unable to load an approved contract for me.
