One2one not canceling my contract.

I have been trying to cancel my one2one R69 MTN contact for the past five months and the representatives keep on telling me that it's cancelled from their side, MTN still has to cancel it and switch off my phone. However, this has not happened as I still receive the monthly data AND they have already charged me the R300 cancelation fee.
