ONE2ONE IS TRASH

last year around august ,a consultant called me offering me a cellphone contract which I accepted not having the knowledge that its not a contract but I'm buying the phone with my Foschini store account ,the lady said I must the phone comes with a sim card for MTN with loaded airtime of R55 per month and I will be paying R44. I told her I already have an MTN sim card because I didn't a new sim card, she said its fine and I can cancel the contract for both the phone and sim card at anytime, well after seeing that the phone was purchased on my store account I cancelled the cellphone purchase. in 2020 corvid happened and I was not earning much to pay my accounts i could only earn to support my family of which I received numerous phone calls from TFG, fine I was unable to pay my store account so I sent an email to 0ne20ne during lockdown which they told me about contractual agreement which ****ed me off because the lady I spoke to said I can cancel at anytime mind u my sim card was still active. my sim card is blocked due to none payment on my store account, a one2one agent called me to say in order to unblock my sim card i need to make a full payment of which I did, now one2one is taking me from pillar to post to unlock my sim card, TFG or one2one please treat your customers fairly, you have caused me unnecessary STRESS for what???????????I CURSE THE DAY I SPOKE TO THAT ONE2ONE AGENT ARGG
