One2one is tarnishing the TFG brand with pathetic service

One2one has the most pathetic service ever. I really cannot believe the foschini group and MTN is affiliated with this company. I had a One2one data contract which i cancelled in January, i was told it will take 7 days for my number to go back to prepaid. Its been over 2 months now and still my number has not been put into prepaid, basically my number is blocked so i cannot make or receive calls. I have been calling them everyday and all i get told is that it has been escalated to MTN, it is utter bull%%% . Please i advise everyone never to take a One2one contract and the foschini group name is being tarnished
