One2one IS A ****!!

On February 2020 i signed up for the one2one contract sim . I was suppose to get 2gb for R69 but i got R55 airtime instead. But they deducted R69 on my exact account . I called them to complain and they said they will fix it. On the 18th of march, my simcard was disconnected from the network. I tried contacting them a number of times and they say they will get back to me. No one did. We are on april now and i just checked my exact statement, they deducted another R69 for a simcard that is not working. I tried to even rica it and it says pending activation. With all the bad reviews i am seeing i am starting to believe one2one is a ****
