Just in case you thought you could save some money and register yourself with a "too good to be true" deal, DO NOT register with this useless company! My case which they have botched up twice was reopened at the beginning of February. After hundreds of Rands of phone calls and emails all you will ever get as a generic reply is that they are working on your query. It's May....... I cannot in my wildest nightmares ever imagine how a certified cell phone company cannot carry through a simple instruction : reinstate my cancelation on my previous contract! It's not worth it!, unless you have an urgent desire to end your life prematurely! Disgusting, uncaring call centre agents, shoddy paper trails, unimaginable frustration! This company will test your tolerance to the highest level possible. Just DON'T DO IT! IT IS NOT WORTH IT! PS: Brace yourself for the usual default response...... Good day...... We will attend to your problem as soon as possible. (which is never, until you spend more money calling them back)
