One2one contracts

Bad for Tfg and Mtn services.Contract was cancelled and confirmed cancelled by One2one but I am still waiting for them to put my number back to prepaid.This is going on for a month with several calls, emails,visiting Foshini and Mtn .Spending money phoning them to get this sorted, buying data to keep myself connected.This seem to be a every day problem looking at reviews of other people also complaining about the same problem they experience. Should this not be quick fix if so many people complain about the same thing.One2one says that they are waiting for a Mtn technician to put number back to prepaid but yet could not supply me a number to take this further. To open a contract takes less than 24 hours,to get it back on prepaid seems never.
