One2One

In my many attempts to perform a Sim Swap all i seem to get is constant no direction no updates. In my first attempt i wasn't told that if my account was in arrears that the sim swap won't go through, now i have fixed that, it seems that one2one is yet again being a constant disappointment. I was assisted by the cashier wonderfully at Westgate foschini, who went as far as to send the application to one2one, but when i contacted then they had said they had not received it yet i was holding proof that it was sent in my hand

im honestly beyond disappointed with one2one i was also notified of the tedious process of leaving this services to go back to prepaid, but the funny part is that i never agreed to continuing the service aftyer the first duration
