ONE 2 ONE IS PATHETIC!!
One 2 One is a terrible!!! I've been off the MTN network since 17 April 2019 and to date 3 May 2019 I'm not connected. I've sent 3 emails, was told turn around time cannot be given to resolve this as the service provider is experiencing technical issues. Really now?
I've tried to call thrice today to get feedback but was on hold for more than 15minutes!!!!!! I just want my number back. I'm so frustrated.
