one 2 one contract complain

Good day I cancelled a contract with Foschin One 2 one contract about a month ago. they have switched off my network since, I went to their store countless times because the call centre never picks up , a shop assistance then called their head office to be transfered to the one2 one department n they picked up then n they promised to give my number after 6 days its been 3 weeks already after their promised and my number still says it does not exist. my heart is bleeding I am an unemployed graduate that number is on my Resume.. I'm missing opportunities now only because I cancelled a contract because I no longer afford to continue with it
