I got an sms for a great deal offering data & airtime from mtn I rep****... I got the call & signed up on 30th Nov 2019 & was told delivery of SIM card will be between 2-5 working days ... received sim on 8th day now gone 9 working days still not activated made 5/6 calls to one2one can't get answer they waiting for mtn to activate... why sell products if you can't give customer after sales service... I even spoke to superviser who said he will look into it and escalate problem as I'm not the only person frustrated by this delay i asked for cancellation and was told can only cancel after activation. o yes it will be free 1st payment only end of Feb 2020 maybe we will only be activated then ... let's face it nothing is for free no terms & conditions were given. plain down this pathetic b4 anyone sign on please ask whats the turnaround time as they will con u into signing on just to get more customers thank u
