My Sim Card blocked

I'm very disappointed with their service, I made a payment arrangements as I wasn't able to pay my full monthly Instalments due to COVID 19 Pandemic still I would make sure I put something on my account every month. They block my sim card which I use to earn money to put food on table for my family as well as to pay that same account. What was the need of payment arrangements if they still block my sim card.
