MTN number *** suspended due to One2One contract powered by Foschini

I'm very disappointed with One2One, my mother Sbongile Ngema cell number *** had a contract with them and cancelled the contract in August but her phone was suspened since and we received a cancellation letter in August 28th confirming that the contract will be cancelled by the 25th September 2019. till to date the phone is still suspended even after several emails sent to them. I even sent a email to MTN and Foschini but still nothing. this is very fastrating as my mother has been up and down going to Jabulani Mall and Dobsonville Mall Foschini stores. they all tell her to wait 48hours, I think since the 28th August to now its still 48 hours. It's causing my mother stress and costing her money.
