Main contact number ***does not work for a few days now

Just a note for the past 2 days when attempting to contact the above mentioned number during the whole day, there is a voice message stating office hours as follows Operating Hours: Mon-Fri : 08h00 - 20h45 Sat : 09h00 - 13h00 but it only diverts to a recording that I have to leave a message or contact during office hours ..... please explain this. This morning I tried to contact the customer service and the " number does not exist" ***- I need to get hold of someone urgently
