Deduction on my tfg account but not getting the service

Deduction on my tfg account but not getting the service. One2one has been charging me for an airtime I dont receive. Closed my tgf account and was told I have a contract with one2one. When we called they admitted the cellphone number was wrong but they would refund me for 12 months payments. I have been paying for more than 12 months?. They never took my bank details. Now how will they do it if they have not contacted me. Closed the account in March.
