Companies are not fair to their customers

I called in the middle of December 2020 to cancel because I took contract with them for 2different numbers and realised later that the other no is wrong which was supposed to be the main number and the other phone no was correct.. The second no has a problem because the data get finishes very quickly and when i try to load data it doesn't allow me to put data.. Was told they are going to deduct end of December but now they just loaded me with 1gb data and they will deducting their usual deduction and yet I already called them for cancelation last year.. Pls assist I want to use my phone as normal like before I am willing to pay their cancelation fee cause now I cannot even buy social bundles because of this.. Pls assist because the companies are ripping us off
