Charging my TFG accounts for over 5 years!

in 2012, i made an inquiry regarding a company i dont know charging my TFG account. They told me it was a contract, i told them i never agreed to it, i dont know them, they must cancell. They didnt. I realised in 2012 that they are still charging my account and on 26 January called again requesting that they stop (especially because the apparant services they were selling me had never even reached me (in the event that they claim i had the contract with them) I called again in February 2012 to request a cancellation. It didnt happen. In October 2012 i called again, they did not cancel. When i called TFG accounts in February 2015 to querry amounts on my account they told me One2one is still charging me (for services they are NOT rendering and for a contract i requested be canceled due to the fact that i never agreed to such. The lady tells me that she realised how many time i called to cancel over the past few years and that its their moistake, however she also tells me that they can only revers credit for no more than 12 months due to their policy!this is their mkistake, and i simply want that credit back into my TFG account!
