Bad Service from one2one

One2one contract is pathetic I had a contract with the for 2 years and after the contract was finished I asked for my number to converted to prepaid. I been going back and forth to Fochini to make phone calls but no success. they said my number is on prepaid I must Rica the sim card which was Done and dial 141 which I did. Still there the number is does not have a network. I been doing this many times and I m very unhappy as the number is linked to My banks and All my contacts. the number that is blocked is ********** 763, Now I can be contacted on ********** 039
