Bad Service and Bye Bye

I have cancelled my contract with one 2 one last year in October (25, 2016) after being moved from pillar to post about a sim swap from 3 /4 various Foschini outlets (The Grove, Centurion and East Gate) but to my surprise when I checked my account information, I was being charged, so for a full year I was charged for services I did not use. I want all my money back, and I will cancel my TFG account for good
