Bad, horrible insulting service

Bad horrible service ever. After cancelling my contract, they disconnected my sim card. "My simcard, my property" even after calling them, my simcard was never reconnected. I could not get access to my apartment cause my number have been disconnected, troubles with accessing my banking account. I dnt understand how such bad company is allowed to operating.
