ZINGO X200 Unable to obtain spare parts / POOREST SERVICE BY TEVO Unable to obtain spare parts I bought my son a electric s****** the Zingo X200 a while ago. After a while the "throttle" broke. The part that gets the s****** going.
I went to the branch in Montana and they said they can order one for me and that it will be there in one weeks time.
The first few weeks I phoned them once a week but just got told that it has not arrived yet after a while they said I must not call them, they will call me when it comes in.
It has been more than a year now and still have not heard from them.
Poorest service I have ever received in my life.
DON’T BUY ANY TEVO PRODUCTS AS YOU STRUGGLE TO GET PARTS
