Zingo move repair and service

I bought a zingo move After 6 months I booked it for service when it came back it didn't wanna switch on so.. I took it back the next following day I received a message saying that I have to pay R3000 because my battery has died, so I didn't pay it So last year November 24-27 And when I was buying that zingo move they told me that it's 1 year warranty not 6 months,I even called the call centre and they told me that it's 1 year warranty So last year November I went to the store where I bought my zingo move like I found the tevo people I asked them about the warranty and they told me that it's 1 year TEVO I NEED YOUR HELP
