Zero customer support
Customer support is non existent. I've been using your support chat for 4 months now and I still don't know if I'll ever be able to get some spare parts. The only time someone contacted me was to tell me I need to go through the whole process mid February because they didn't have any stock and since then no one ever contacted me again.
