Worst service

Worst customer service from Tevo. Complained on hello Peter about a product bought at game in Feb 2019. Bennet Read vacuum cleaner. 1st one lasted for one week and then it was replaced with the second one that leaked and now the third one just cuts out after about 3-5 min. After the complaint I received a call from Dinesh and he promised he will get back to me on Wednesday. Today is Friday and I am still waiting. Tried to phone him no answer. I Think game can end there contract with them because this poor service reflect bad on Game as well.
