Worst Service ever!

I bought a Bennett Read Power up Pet advanced vacuum cleaner via Takealot. The first few times i was extremely impressed with the cleaner, however 3 weeks ago when I swithched it on, a strange noise erupted.My complaint is more about the absolute lack of service I received from Tevo.Firstly they dont answer any calls, I then wrote a email complaining, I was told to bring in the cleaner to their repair Centre at Airport Industria, I got a courier to pick it up,only to be phoned by the courier ,saying they do not want to accept the cleaner(I signed up for the extra warranty) I then again emailed them , but its all falling on deaf ears, have not had any communication from them, worst service ever!
