Worst service ever

Disappointed is an understatement. How can a customer wait 8 months for a BR1 filter bag. 7 months that I have a vacuum that is just standing there gathering dust instead of doing what it is suppose to do, vacuuming dust. Almost at the shop weekly, every week empty promises. My vacuum is April a year old, already had to repair the motor and now this. Every week, ‘Mam I promise you by Friday, or my manager will contact you, I promise you.’ The next week same story, over and over. What is the use of having a vacuum cleaner and you can not even use it. 😡 if you can not sell us customers parts for a vacuum when bought, atleast meet us half way.
